Keys

When a Fabulets tenant checks in to their new home they need a set of keys for each person living there, and if Fabulets are managing the property then we’ll need a set too. This includes door fobs.

Inventories

An inventory is an essential part of letting and helps to avoid any disputes when a tenant moves out of your property. A full inventory should be made detailing all of your property contents and their current condition. Fabulets will check the inventory on check-in and check-out. If you don’t have the time to do this, let us know and we’ll complete an inventory on your behalf.
